Returns & Exchanges


Return PolicyOnline Orders

 

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns can be made by mail or in store. Bliss does not accept returns or exchanges outside the 30-day return period window.

For online purchases sent by mail, return windows are determined by the delivery date of items shipped to the recipient. For in store pickups, return windows begin the date the items are picked up.

Returns and exchanges are valid for in stock items only, and will not be accepted without proof of purchase. Markdowns, gift cards and seasonal items, including holiday merchandise, are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns by Mail

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and may select the shipping method of their choice for return. Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day return window.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to return your order. Be sure to include a copy of the Order Confirmation or Packing Slip in the package, with your name and order number clearly visible.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. If the order is eligible for return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been issued. Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

In Store Returns

 

We also accept returns of online orders in store. A copy of the Order Confirmation, with prices, is required for in store returns and exchanges. The credit or debit card used at the time of purchase must be presented to refund the original form of payment. Personal identification may also be required.

Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 5-7 business days. Bliss does not refund shipping charges.

 

Exchanges

 

The easiest way to exchange an item purchased online is in our store in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. Proof of purchase (a copy of the Order Confirmation) is required for in store exchanges.

We cannot process exchanges by mail. If you'd like to exchange an online order, but cannot do so in store, you must return the item(s), and place a new order with your updated selection. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange.
